Ok, we know the name sounds suggestive, but G-Spot is a GPS navigation app.  This app is for the iPhone and has some great features that utilize the GPS mechanisms in your iphone.  The app has a compass which shows you which direction you are currently heading.  The faster you go, the greater the compass accuracy is.  There is a Spot me feature which shows your exact location instantly in an embedded portrait or landscape map.  The landscape map auto-rotate with your heading and included a heads up display with speed and compass controls.

One of the fun things about this app is the ability it gives you to share instantly with your friends via email or text message your location.  If they have a navigation program, they can navigate directly to your location and it makes it very easy for them to find you.  You can also get directions to a friend and use the app to pull up directions from your current location which is also very cool.  The app gives you GPS information such as latitude, longitude, altitude, heading, speed, accuracy, date and time and your most recent location.
